How long do pre-order items take?

A lot of our pieces are handcrafted. That’s why our pre-order or made-to-order items typically take 2-4 weeks to craft from the time of purchase. For special EDV Silver items, we will have them in stock. Once the item is ready, we will immediately pack and dispatch your order to you. For orders with more than one item, we will collect all items before fulfilling the shipment.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

We will alert you with an email including a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan and New Zealand. We partner with reliable international couriers, such as UPS, DHL and S.F. Express, to provide the best rates possible and to ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

How much does shipping cost?

U.S., Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan & New Zealand  
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER US$200

Pricing for the aforementioned shipping orders is calculated at checkout for orders under US$200. We offer insured shipping on all orders.  

Can I get expedited shipping?

Yes, at checkout, you will be given options for expedited shipping, though additional charge will apply.

How to handle lost packages?

If your package is lost in transit, please contact info@edvjewelry.com immediately. We will try our best to track your order and solve the issue. If the package has not been marked "delivered" by the post office and has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, we will replace your item free of charge. Please note that ÉDV is not responsible for lost or "stolen" items once the packages are declared "delivered" by the post office.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Yes, all of our orders require a signature for delivery.

What if my ring or bracelet doesn't fit?

Initiating an exchange is easy! Please email us at help@edvjewelry.com with your reasons and any other details. A return label will be generated and sent to you. Please note that a charge of US$20 will apply to cover the postage fee.

For the size that you wish to purchase, please place a new order and we will waive the shipping fee on the exchanged item.

When is my credit card charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as you place your order online, including pre-order items.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

We pledge that the diamonds we use are conflict-free based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds. Furthermore, we have three generations of jewelry experience and exclusively work with a select number of suppliers who we have individually vetted so as to guarantee that all diamonds purchased and sold are from legitimate sources and conflict free.

Do you offer a warranty on the item I purchase?

We currently do not offer warranty. However, we pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces. Each item is handcrafted with the best quality materials to ensure durability. Please check our customer testimonials here. Please note that ÉDV is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the post office.
