Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?


Pricing for the aforementioned shipping orders is calculated at checkout for orders under US$200. We offer insured shipping on all orders.  

How long do pre-order / made-to-order items take?

All of our pieces are handcrafted. That’s why our pre-order or made-to-order items typically take 2-4 weeks to craft from the time of purchase. Once the item is ready, we will immediately pack and dispatch your order to you. For orders with more than one item, we will collect all items before fulfilling the shipment.

How long does shipping take?  

We offer shipping to international destinations. Although processing times vary per item, it typically takes 5-7 days for each shipment since the time of shipping. 

Customer is also given the option of "expedited" shipping, which is shown below the free shipping option (shown only if order over US$200) at checkout, and it usually takes around 2-4 days from the time of shipping.   

How do I know when my order is shipped?

We will notify you with an email including a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

We know the wait is difficult and the worry is real when it comes to jewelry, so we have prepared a step-by-step guide for you to stay up to date on its shipping status: 

  1. As soon as the item(s) has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
  2. You can go to our home page, click on “Track” tab on the top right, input the tracking number to see the details on the shipment.
  3. After the item(s) has been shipped, you will receive delivery milestone updates (e.g. in transit, out for delivery, delivered etc) to ensure the item(s) is on its way to its shipping destination.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to many international destinations including the United States, Europe, China, most Asian countries. We partner with reliable international couriers to provide the best rates possible and to ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. 

Can I get expedited shipping?

Yes, at checkout, you will be given options for expedited shipping, though additional charges will apply.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Yes, as all of our orders require a signature for delivery, we do not ship to P.O.Boxes. Should you choose to waive the requirement for signature upon delivery, we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse or replace lost or stolen shipments.

Are the international taxes & duties included in my purchase? 

We know the hassle to pay taxes & duties at the time of your item’s arrival. All taxes and local duties are already included in your order at the time of purchase. Therefore, additional taxes & duties are unnecessary.





Return Policy

What is your return policy?

In order to qualify for a return, items must be unworn and have return tags still attached. Items must be received back at ÉDV within 14-days of delivery with original packaging intact. Items arrived at ÉDV after the 14-day window of delivery will not be eligible for returns, and charges will be applied to cover the postage fee for the shipment to return to the original sending address. Please note that our customized, engraved pieces are not eligible for return.     

Please note that US shipments will be returned to a US address and non-US shipments to a HK address. Addresses will be provided to you upon confirmation e-mail for your return (see section "how do I initiate a return/exchange"). 

What if I ordered the wrong size? 

If the ring, necklace or bracelet you ordered does not fit, we will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size within 14-days of the order date. Please see "How do I initiate an exchange?."

How do I initiate an exchange? 

Initiating an exchange is easy! Please email us at with your reasons and any other details. A return label will be generated and sent to you. Please note that a charge of US$20 will apply to cover the postage fee.

For the size that you wish to purchase, please place a new order and we will waive the shipping fee on the exchanged item.

How do I initiate a return/exchanges?  

Initiating a return is hassle-free! 

  • Go to
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Select from the list a reason for return. If unavailable, please specify a reason in the "note to merchants" box. Then click "confirm and submit" to submit your return for review and/or approval.
  • We will get back to you within 1-3 business days to confirm your return status with shipping guidelines. In some situations we might require further proof (e.g. imagery) in order for your item to be eligible for return.
Please note that US Shipments will be returned to a US address and non-US shipments to a HK address.
